No, it's not dragon soul favia.

Here's another (and hopefully better) pic of the same coral (repositioned) and for a hint the corallites are about 3mm-5mm in diameter:

That has got to be the most oddly shaped zoa colony I've ever seen. I can't remember every color morph but they look like the reverse of PPE's.
 
Not a zoanthid colony. Here's another clue: it's a stony coral, not a soft coral.

I'll go ahead and reveal the identity: it's a leptastrea (also known as crust coral due to its encrusting growth pattern).

Since no one identified that coral, I'll post pic of something different (if that is the correct protocol):

Tubastraea is correct (it's either t. diaphana or t. micrantha, one of the two).
