otay, I'm starting to hate my Convicts . I level the sand about once a week and I'm hating it. So I'm asking can i switch my 2 cons with my Kribs? The Kribs will be going into the 60gal with the Texas and GT light planted tank... The Kribs Ditch too but they don't do it as much as the Convicts Do.. And are a little peace full to other fish... So I'm hopping that the swap will help.

Another thing. What size rocks do i need to keep them from ditching. Lol... Anything that wont fit in his mouth? :x Or Should i just feed them to my LMB? lol.

well it is the fishes tank and they will aquascape the tank as they please. breeding or just bored they do whatever they plz thats just the way they are. and if u do the switch provide alota rocks for the Kribs cause they will get hurt or possaibly eaten by the other fish. and what are u gonna do with the cons? what tank are they goin in?

first of all that 60 gal is already over stocked

and also a gt and a texas to aggressive for your kribs

2 cons and a GT and a texas is over stocks? i thought gt and texas hit around 10 or less... i might be picking up another 60gal to Plant in and might toss someone into it that wont Ditch alot.

I think the kribs would get eaten in that tank.Whys it so important to keep the sand level?Most cichlids dig its just the way they are.
The only cichlids I ever had that didnt do any digging are angelfish

Well they keep up rooting my plants... Im moving the Krips and plants into the new 60. They tend to dig a little hole and thats it... The cons to so nut with the sand that they found little games to play... like let put rocks on the Sword leaves >.<
