I, for onw, coild care less if they face, or don't, criminal charges.

They are morons. Everybosy ans their uncle knows that aw whale so close to shore is sixk and stressed. They dis not give a damm and just sportes with it.

Morons. Possibly not worthy of a jail sentence, but unsensitive morons, nonetheless.

no one will know now... the stress could have pushed it over the edge..... just a chance that there may have been a remote chance to help it.....but regardless the swimmers were wrong.

That is not the point, Strollo. Would you say the same if it was a sick horse? Would you understnd guys jumping on top of it jsut for the heck of it?

A sick dog? Would you tie it a sledge and have it pull it jsut for the hell of it?

Good points Miguel but is it just me who thinks it's just stupid to approach a huge wild animal and treat it as some trained pony?

Thank you,and to top it all off they are not even on dry land.All the whale would need to do is grab hold of one limb and take the guy under and all bets would be off.....game over.I doubt it would take much strength for the whale to do that.

For how big sperm whales are two people climbing on it would be the equivalent of a bird landing on your shoulder... we way nothing compared to them and the whale likely didn't even notice. I'm not saying that those 2 guys didn't do anything wrong but saying they might have caused the whale extra stress and contributed to its death is BS in my opinion

What is the difference between two people riding a dying whale and two great whites or killer whales taking chunks out of a dying whale? Or as someone said, two birds landing on top of it.
