ive thought of doing the same thing, some times in life you just say wtf

also there are large hard plastic tanks made for cows horses and other livestock, it hold their water, they are the size of a hottub, are waste high, and only cost a couple hundred bucks, they will last forever.

as for filtration diy pond filters are made from a couple 5 gallon buckets for dirt cheap, dont let any haters deter ya, just go for it bro

Sure, just be sure to take a shower with no soap, go in the buff, and don't pee in the water. And also, fire up the grill, get some brews, and have us all over.

this would work awesome i have many indoor ponds in my basement i started out with rubbermaid agricultural stocktanks and now have moved to liner ponds but easy up pools work awesome i use one its about 10' around and about 30" deep and the filter and pump that comes with it work great just use a different chemical media than they give you any questions let me know i built most of the filtration for all my ponds but that little pool filter/pump is the cheepest by far

i need a basement
