Hey guys I posted about this fish before about thinking it had a sunken belly. Well with that he also had a bump for a bum. It's swollen I think it gives an illusion of a sunken belly. I bought the fish with it.
He eats 4 3mm pellets per feeding. I have noticed some growth. Yes super active and awesome looking too. An electric blue acara. I have treated with metro and epsom salt bath as well as food soaked in it.

How can I fix this is? Is there anything! These pics are when I first got him and is a bit thicker now.

Hmm ive never really seen that before. Although my Jag did end up with a swollen bum after she layed eggs. It went away after a week .

Update.

Still the same. I've done a metro treatment a couple of times and nothing. Here's some more pics of some booty.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but did the fish end up having a disease or something that you were able to treat?
My juvenile Oscar has the same thing going on, no other symptoms at all.
