Featherfin are tougher than most people think. Mine is a beast. He does not like most of his tankmates. He has backed down a Dat of the same size and bullied my oscar at one point.
Some people can keep plecos with featherfins but I haven't had luck. The fact that this is such a small tank isn't a good sign. That featherfin will grow quick and start harassing everyone.
My 8.5" Eup use to pick on a royal pleco. The plec would just move away slowly and the Syno would swim off. She was also battling it out with my NTT until it got to big. Never messed with any small fish. A different NTT has gotten about 5" now and the Syno has taken to beating on that one now. My guess is it will stop when it gets larger as that is what happened with the first NTT.
I also tried adding a second Eup, and that lasted all of 20 minutes. They are def a nastier fish then most people realize.
Just an update... My FeatherFin (Hitler) Has cooled down. I think the trick was to add another Cat about the same size I added a striped ralphel. My 125gl should be ready some time next week ... I'll have pic's then!

That is really funny you mentioned that you added a Raphael and he calmed down. I purchased a Syno. eupterus in a tank who was harassing all the others and was obviously alpha cat. As soon as he (or she) got in my tank, it totally calmed down and just hangs out with my Raphael, usually upside down. These guys have a lot of pugnacious personality.
I keep mine w/a few plecos, yours should be fine unless they want the same cave/house. Then some fighting will start. Mine is aggressive, but def. not nasty. He is in my AC tank and has no worries from any other tankmates.
I find this thread rather intresting, I never knew these guys were that agressive.
I've had my syno eupterus for a good 1 1/2-2years and I have never had a problem with him. He has no other catfish buddys, he is in a 150gal tank with 3 fronts, 1 neolamprologus helinathus (a small 2 inch fish) and 2 cyprichromis ( long small fish). He has never once shown any agression toward any of them - he lives in his own little world around the tank. He is 6 inches now and I got him I want to say maybe around 3 inches. I would have to agree that he will need a tank upgrade- but it looks like you are taking care of that.
My FeatherFin lives at the top of the tank.. where the filter hangs off the top... when the light goes off .... he swims down and display's that fin.... Very cool! Does your's stay at the top ?
I just bought 2 of these fellas. In Cyprus no one really knows anything about catfish / plectos.
I bough and ID shark and they told me he would stay about 3 inches, only after joining this site did I discover otherwise, however he is doing fine and now has a smaller ID to hang around with.
My syno's dived straight into my plectos hiding place and kicked them out (so to speak), luckily I have a few hiding places in my tank and the plectos just moved house!
Certainly don't seem to be aggresive maybe it's because I bought 2?!
Thoughts...
Will post pics when I can get them out of their den!!
