Synodontis ID Confirmation

I have 3 of these exact ones. I bought them from just a big box store when I was just trying out the whole fish take thing. I've had mine for nearly 2.5 years. When I got them they were labeled at synodontis hybrid. They have always been in a 75g with lots of room. All 3 are roughly the same size as each other maxing out at > 6". I haven't seen any noticeable growth in the last year so I don't think they are getting any bigger then they are now. I feed them normal fish flakes and I agree with you that they hide a lot! I have a hollow log on the bottom and a giant sword plant and they constantly stay hiding in one or the other unless it's feeding time. They will do short bursts out but it's usually just from one hiding place to the other.
Very interested to see what other info someone can add to this post about them.

I took alot of pictures, but they had this crazy reflecting light. I'll post a new picture after my next waterchange, so in a couple of days.

I'd point the camera not at a normal angle but so that the flash light is not reflected back into the camera lens.
