Anyone know??? the difference between Syno Petricola and Lucippinis? is one type the dwarf type that grows out to only 4 inches? and how much they usually run for at 3 inches? In CALIFORNIA

I just saw 3 today. They were 30$ each. Slightly under 3in id say.
I've seen them as low as 11$ for 3.5" though(diff lfs) I'm in bay area. Idk about you
