Synspilum?

As far as I know, no pure synspilum has blue on the face like that.

And from the synspilum I've raised they really don't color up fully till the 8" range or so (and I own synspilum from probably the best pair in the states; they're siblings of Aquamojo's pair; from Harry Tolen ).

Meh forget it. I didn't pay for it anyway so we'll see how it turns out. The guy who gave it to me thought it was a hybrid as well so yeah I still think I got a great deal, if this fish colours up.

I don't know either lol. I think it's either bifascatus or synspilum.

No, bifa have a full black bar across the lateral line, and again no blue on the face.

Highly unlikely, Guttulatum have a lot of blue on the body; mine doesn't.
