I have been reading some posts lately and I have been seeing a lot of bashing at jeff rapps and his quality of fish and his prices. It has got so bad he had to chime on one person. My experience with Jeff has been nothing but great , i only had one mis understanding and that was with a saum which i should of asked more questions about. I think his prices are fair and his quality is great never had any problem or any deaths so i would reccomend him to anybody. So what has everybody experience with jeff been. And also it seem like that most people that have negative thing to say about jeff and his prices are people that have never ordered from him. I mean his shipping pricesmight has been a problem to some people but he has lowered it and its not a problem for me anyway because i am in ct , but that also the same with other guys like ken , or don conkel or cichlid broker might be closer to somebody else so it all evens out
 
I have had nothing but positive experiences, always on top of things and a great guy to work with! I have alot of confidence in Jeff, and he always pulls through with great fish!
 
No problems with Jeff. Even when I didn't order, he still answered all my questions very thoroughly.
 
Moved. In the future, please use the feedback option. Since that option is new, we'll keep this going for now.
 
Well I wasnt going to chime in but I will now that this has been started. I just recently ordered app. $400.00 worth of fish from Rapps, all of which arrived dead due to a delayed Fedex flight. A claim was filed, a 1/4 of the money was refunded. Jeff credited me for the FULL amount.:headbang2
The second order I placed came with no issues, great fish, very well packed and very healthy. So bottom line, I have nothing but good things to say about his operation. He took care of me and I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone else. Props. Nuff Said.:headbang2
 
I ordered from Jeff once. It was a very smooth transaction, the fish were packaged great and all fish are healthy. Jeff also answered all of my questions prior to me placing my order. (and i had alot of questions) I am also in ct so shipping was fair..

cornbread next time you place an order let me know and i will do the same!!!
 
I've ordered twice from him and going to attempt a third soon.

Nothing but excellent customer service, Great communication and a great overall experience.
