Over the last several years, I believe I have participated in probably 30+ orders from TUIC. Not once have I been disappointed, and several times extremely pleasantly surprised. Countless acquaintances have echoed this sentiment.

Aside from the basic fact Mr. Rapps is a Yankee :D I recommend TUIC without restraint.

He may very well have questionable taste in companion animals, however. Dogs ... sigh. We all know cats are where it is at.
 
I've only ordered from Jeff once but he went beyond my expectations.. His quality is also great.. the Dovii in my avatar came from him..
 
whenever i buy sa/ca it will be from rapps always, the carpinitis "escondido" i purchased from him are the best ive ever seen. the prices are not always cheap, but i will always pay for quality, and great service.
 
jeff rapps is the man. i order from him twice and it was great. hes really cool to talk to too. no problem at all. price was good too.
i will always order from jeff again.
 
Jeff is a true pro and an honest guy. I've bought fish from him on a regular basis over the years and I have allways received what I expected. He allways gives great advice when you need it and knows exactly what he is talking about.
As far as shipping goes he doesn't charge too much the shipping companies do!
 
I just read that whole thread and those people that were basing him are idiots. They have no reason to try to take business away from Jeff. He is THE most respected when it comes to new world cichlids and i respect him very much. They should have kept their mouths shut and any ways his prices arent HIGH! Atleast around me they are average-low but shipping is what cost money and they should stop complaining about that. You get what you pay for you dont want to spend money and you get crappy fish. If you pay to ship then you have great SHOW quality fish.
Im sorry but that pisses me off so much that people are going around basing Rapps becuase they think his prices are high.

I just ordered from Jeff and the fish I got were great. I had 1 DOA and he worked with me and replaced the fish with a discount on the shipping. I thought that he didnt respond as quickly as I would have liked a cpl of times but I'm sure he wasn't just sitting around waiting on an email from me either. All in all it was a positive interaction. I would definitlely order from him again.

Now going to his paghe and enter a positive rating on his feedback.

I wish we could rid the gene pool of these idiots. I have asked Jeff lots of ????? without ordering and he always answered them promptly. I will order again as soon as I have more tank space!
