what makes tadpoles better than feeder fish?

they're less prone to carrying diesese not kept in high numbers at the lfs they're more expensive and are usally sold as pets not feeders and kept in clean tanks..

feeders on the other hand are under fed kept in poor water conditions most carry parasites so the breeders keep the tanks full of strong meds that get transfered to your fish and tank .

always best to breed your own feeders i like tads and frogs theyre a natuarl diet for a lot of fish and easy to breed and keep..

Well it looks like frog is on the menu this evening

I say you make a video of it. That would be cool to see.

what i meant by raising feeders was feeder fish...
ran on there a bit easist way to obtain frogs for feeders is at a bait shop cheap and you know their none toxic.
i havent bred frogs for food just kept them, tadpoles are more excepted by tank fish let them grow out for using as feeders but be prepaired for a lot of hungry mouths ..

i have a pond im gonna put some frogs in and use the extra babys as feeders

I would be hesitant to feed tadpoles caught from the wild, cause Id be thinking about what kind of random stuff tadpoles probally eat.
