That is when they are new in the tank. Once they are climatized properly in there, they will show you another kinda face.

After 24 hours in my tank and their first meal. All eat like pig and hide the moment I take out the camera. Guess still very camera shy and hopefully when they are bigger they will be more daring.

I'm loving those shiny rims of theirs.

I'm just lucky that I get to see the brooders and I can take note of their fries development. Thus I can decide on which batch will be of better quality and can check on those batches.
