Who keeps these guys?

I have a couple that I picked up about five or six months ago as juveniles. At first I hardly noticed them, but as they grow they are really starting to color up nicely. They are also very active and are often right at the front of the tank, which is nice.

If anyone has kept these long term, what is the maximum size yours have attained? Any good photos of an adult male?

Any information on these cichlids would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the poor photos, I need a better camera...
