That is low light camera but I would not doubt the validity of the claim or the picture, they have genegineered that bioluminesence gene into earthworms and both zebra danios and japanese rice fish. Here is an exept from an article about a slightly different splicing.

The nation's first genetically engineered pet fish, which glows in the dark, may have cash registers in Michigan lighting up, but it's also making state officials see red.
Glofish, which are grown by two Florida companies, are creating by splicing a sea anemone gene into a zebra fish. Under a blacklight, the fish, which has bright red markings, appears to glow.
