This gives me an idea. I'll put a hamster cage on top of my aquarium and have his exercise wheel dip into the water. Put some material on the outside of the wheel and voilà! You got yourself a hampster powered biowheel!
 
see now that's thinking. for the large version guinea pigs?
 
That is a MOnster filter ! I need one of those for my overstocked 10 gallon pima tank! :ROFL:
 
lol, you could support up to a hundred pounds of pima in your ten gal according to the wheels manufacturer!

Just think about this... NO body could accuse you of EVER overstocking your tank again, You have to overstock by a factor of 10 just to keep the filter alive :WHOA:

You could raise schools of walleyes and alligator gars.

What's the name of that freshwater white dolphin ?(the one that actually has a neck) ... Hhmmm.
