Yep, I would love to see your reptile do this.....

NOT MY VIDEO^^^
I found it on youtube and wanted to share it to all the reptile owners of MFK ;)

I gotta admit that was awesome!!!! How much time everyday and how many days did this take to teach them all of this?

No need to bash reptile owners! You don't see me posting videos of my snakes eating rats :D if they would eat hot dogs I would feed them that. They also fulfill a very important role to control rodent populations. Just the way of the world.

Snakes control rodent populations in the wild, but in captivity it's a bit different and cruel. Trapping a rodent in cage(no escape) to be eaten alive? At least in the wild they have a chance to escape. In captivity it is a death sentence, no way out. It is cruel.

I understand your point, however are you saying you feed live? You can't feed dead(frozen)?

I do know there are some reptiles that won't accept dead, but from what I heard it is pretty uncommon. Strange to me because most reptile owners pull that excuse. It disgusts me on how many people keep reptiles for 'live feeding' amusement.

From my experience using frozen is so much more efficient and cost effective, I did however have a lizard that would not touch frozen no matter what I did. But once a mouse moved it was game on. I have kept many different reps and this was 1 of the few cases were there was no alternative other than the lizard starving and thats not right either. Just the natural order I guess.
