View the attached video it shows clearly what the breeding tubes look like during spawning. The female will lay eggs and the male will follow behind her fertalizing them. HTH.

As far as feeding goes stick with a quality pellet as the satple diet. Feed only pellets and the fish will come around they will not starve themselves in the presents of food.

Oscars are just about the most moodiest temperamental cichlid possible. Yes they do change color often. Its normal unless there is a severe stress factor thats making it go into stress coloration.
