Where you moving?

You should read the great article here on MFK that HarleyK wrote regarding fishy road trips...

How's the driving conditions out of Shangri-La?

You appear to have it sorted out. I did the double mileage ( more or less ).

Do some water changes on the way and do not feed the couple of days before leaving Shangriwhatever...

Float a piece of Styrofoam the size of the inside of the top to help with splashing, baffles would be nice if fish aren't to large.

Is that shangri-La TX?

We have a similar transport arangement for our fish but we're using air driven Hydro5 sponge filters in each of the corners.... Even if your containers not going to be filled to the top your still looking at 150 gallons.... About 1700 lbs or so...thats a bit much for a full sized bronco to haul around safely...not to mention what that much inertia's going to want to do. At the very least...do a complete brake job before you leave and another one as soon as you get there.

That drive is going to suck lugging around the container of fish. Glad it's not me.

Well best wishes & have a safe trip.

LOL we are going to need at least FOUR of those containers when we move everything out to the ranch. Needless to say we wont be using our new PU lol
