Tank Background Question

What is your favorite background to put on a tank? I am getting ready to set up a 300 gallon tank and am debating on options for the background. I could just leave it clear but I think I would rather have some sort of solid background. Best colors and ways to achieve them. Paint it or hang a background?

I am leaning towards painting it black, but that seems so final.

Latex paint all the way. Roll it on and if u want to change it just peel it off

The latex paint will peal off of acrylic? I like that idea.

Home Depot / Lowes sells a product called Plasti-Dip. You can spray it on...and it peels off if you don't like it. Kinda like Deathinnumbers said, except you don't have to roll it on. Here is their website....http://www.plastidip.com/home_solutions/Plasti_Dip

I ended up painting it black. Looks pretty good for now. I would like to add a 3D background at some point, but whether its DYI or bought lot of resources to put into a 300 gallon tank!

I decided not to use spray as it is in a finished basement and I didn't want to cover everything. Thanks for the input.
