Your tank is not cycled, try adding BB like cycle or bio booster daily and do small water change every other day. If you can't move the fish, you must try to keep the ammonia and nitrite down so your fish won't get sick or die.

Agree. I already added the aforementioned Biozyme. I'll check the Ammonia tonight.

Funny thing is I posted this because I found it very strange that the Aqurel F clouded the water the way it did, especially since that crap is supposed to CLEAR water! Has anyone ever experienced this?
I take it from the responses that most of you think the cloud is related to the tank's cycle but I swear-I put the water clarifier in and watched it cloud before my eyes.

TopFin clarifier does it for 5 mintues and Clarity makes the water BROWN for over an hour so it doesn't surprise me. Thats how it get stuff to stick together. That stuff is for particulate clouding, not bacteria blooms. Bacteria blooms need time to clear them up.

I'm with you. I originally put it in to clear up the fine gravel dust that was swirling around.

First off you dont want to add any bio booster it does not contain the right beneficial bacteriathe only tyhing that really works is bio-spira. The cloudyness is likley a bacteria die off. Also dont add any clairifiers as it can slow the cycle and kill good bacteria.
the best thing is to do water changes and add prime to detox the ammonia nitrite and nitrate. If you are still getting Ammonia readings you are still in the beginning of the cycling process or the bio load is too high for the new filters to handle at this point. I would strongly recommend reading this link. Oh and you dont want to rinse your sponges in sink water they harbor a lot of biological bacteria as well, you may have killed a lot of it off by rinsing in tap water.
Get some biospira and add it asap you will be cycled in a couple of days.

You rock.:headbang2 :headbang2
Foster & Smith are out of the Bio Spira. Is there a similiar product available in case my lfs doesn't carry it?

really bio spira is all I would use the rest of the stuff is usless and like I said contains the wrong type of bacteria. Your pet store can most likley order it it has to stay refridgerated so it has to be overnited and there are other online vendors that sell it. Hope that helps. I will try to get some more links of online vendors or maybe someonr else will chime in.

Ammonia at 1.0 ppm.:WHOA: Doing water change now. My two 3" Gold Severums have ICH.:irked:

If you want to do whats best for the health of your fish, treat with API Ammo lock and do daily 50% water changes. Reduce feedings also.

Prime will work to detoxify. If you can't get biospira from the LFS, ask to buy some pads from a filter or an old sponge from their tanks.
