I have a tank that has been setup and running filtration for a little over a week now should this be safe for fish yet in your exp

If you have to ask then the answer is no. Do some research on the nitrogen cycle in aquariums. Understanding the nitrogen cycle will be very helpful in your fish keeping ventures.

No, repeat, No bacteria in a bottle can make an uncycled tank ready for a load of fish.
You still need to monitor the water and be prepared for WC to keep toxicity to a minimum until the tank completes it`s cycle.
If you get some miracle juice, be sure to pick up a quality test kit so you know what`s going on in your tank.
