Add some Co2 in the way of a air stone and add some Prime to help elevate the ammonia and nitrite,only do a 20%-30% water change on a weekly basis.Also add prime when doing water changes to remove chlorine.

this is my first post here so Hi everyone!
To help with cycling I would also consider packing it full of fast growing stem plants like hygro or floating plants like hornwort, to help uptake the ammonia and add O2 to the waterI would personally go with several good bunches of hornwort as it gets growing right away, just make sure to to take off any metal bands and let it float.
You can also lower the water level by an inch or so to increase surface aggitation and increase O2.
