If you get another GN, first make sure you consistently have good water parameters. They need pristine water. Then, find one that has been at your LFS for a while. 1+month, if possible. Also, look for a nice, round belly. Stay away from the ones that look like they have a sunken-in gut. Make sure they get veggies to eat. They will not survive on flake, etc. alone. Hopefully these measures will increase your chances of success the next time around.
