Tank fully cycled in 3 weeks?

My nitrates are 10 out of the tap

i did fishless cycle w/ Ammonia and Stability on my 55g in 3 weeks. Nitrates were +80ppm once Ammonia and Nitrites hit 0.

On that note, how yellow will your Ammonia look on api test kit? does it look like the card, or a hint of green?

It will look....pee pee yellow. It's not supposed to look green at all, but if you are using certain types of artificial light, it will look just slightly green...it's really annoying.

I cycled my 180 in 3 weeks by adding 2 capfuls of ammonia every day. I also put 2 seeded foam filters in it and a few rocks and decors from established tank. I don't think you have began your cycle. Have you seen any traces of ammonia or a nitrite spike in the 3 weeks?
