I see you live in Illinois. There are lots of good stores to find Apistos, rams, kribensis and other smaller cichlids.

I have been looking for something to stock a similar sized tank and think I'm going to go with dwarf pikes, such as crenicichla regani or crenicichla compressiceps. May want to look into them as they are something a bit different...
