I have a soon to be empty 30 gallon tank with black sand, some fake plants and rock structures. Anyone have any ideas of some predatory, or agressive community tank? I was tinking about some sort of wolf fish or something

Wolf fish will get big. I would get a small school of fish or a small breeding pair of cichlids, firemouths maybe.

are dragon gobies full freshwater? how many killifish can i keep in there

I was thinking an african butterfly fish, like 3 amazon leaf fish, anything else i can put in there??

Idk if you plan to keep it in there its whole life. If not freshwater stonefish are pretty cool. They're actually brackish though ( I no misleading name) they grow up to 12in so 30gal would make a good growout. But I wouldn't advise making that its permanent home. And again its brackish! Not freshwater. And they have poisonous spines haha. But def. A sick oddball.
