Ok, this is the visual of what I want to accomplish. This is why I posted the "Making Rocks" post. But before I share the picture, let me explain what I wanted to do and why it turned out this way.
I wanted to keep several types of fish in one biotype. The problem was that the smaller mollies would be consumed by the eels, datnoids and other larger brackish fish. So I wanted to build a tank in a tank. The plan included some type of natural (or natural looking) barrier that would prevent the large-uns from free snacking.
I had several ideas including a massive overgrown rock structure, then I wanted to focus on the wood idea. So what I have invented basically is a tank divider, just prettier than the green plastic one.
So without further delay I present... http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=25079&stc=1
Sorry I didn't know how to add it directly to this post. But you get the idea. Now I will be practicing and honing my skills to make foam and cement look like wood and mangrove roots.
