Tank Jar - ALL UR CHANGE R BELONG 2 ME!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I started off collecting all my coins at the end of the day in a jar, then noticed it was kinda annoying taking lots of small change to the bank and not saving much, so now i only save the 2 largest coin denominators and easily save up to around USD 1K a year if not more...

Definitely a nice way to help put money aside and forget about it for those rainy days...

You use that much cash?

I use cash for pretty much everything, since i tend to live by the rule, if i can't afford it, i won't buy it... the only time i'll use my credit card is when i'm out and don't have enough cash on me, otherwise, even expensive purchases i prefer to pay cash... makes it much easier to ask for discounts too...

I don't ever use a credit card or cash. Ever heard of a debit card? Lol. If you don't have the money in your checking account you can't buy it.

^ Yeah, but a lot of restaurants over here don't accept debit cards for payment, and some shops only accept credit card or cash but not debit card which is why i like to have my credit cards on me just incase...

Since nothing worst than going out to a nice restaurant for dinner and realizing your short on cash...

That is crazy. Lol. I don't think many people in the U.S. use cash anymore.

I had to look at your profile to see that your in Hong Kong. The app doesn't automatically tell you.

^ Same over here, a lot of people, including younger kids now a days just go out apply for a credit card then go nuts... this usually also means after few years they end up with a whole load of debt and no way to really pay it back...

I've even personally seen people spend so much that they were taking out loans from banks etc, just to cover their older credit card debts and the vicious cycle continues racking up more debt through interest rates...

Been looking for months now, I need a 75gal, and none of those are selling for free, and I'd rather not spend $200+ on a used tank with no stand or no lid (which seems to be all I can find). So, I thoughts, HEY, why don't I just save some change! A penny saved is a penny earned! *wink* Plus, I'd rather buy a new tank and have it be exactly what I want :)

Well you just have to look everyday. Search "Aquarium", not just fish tank, not everyone says fish tank some say Aquarium. Sometime I just search "Glass tank". Even search "Reptile" you can find free glass tanks. Saw this free 80G in my area..,

I'm pretty sure (I may be dating myself here) that she was trying to play on the "All your Base R Belong to Us" video that was kicking around the internet like 10 years ago...

and PS - I'm pretty sure she's married to Mr.Fishy
