Ok just bought a tank really cheap. Silicone is really old where the glass is not on glass anymore. But held by glue a lot in the gap. I know to scrape the glue off but how do I push the glass closer to glue it.? Video coming soon

rip the tank down and redo it, that way you know it's put back together properly and will hold water. Taking a tank apart is easy and re siliconing it is easy as 1,2,3

take it apart and redo the whole thing, not worth the aggravation of waking up with a lake in your house.

If you watch my video above the tank glass are separated from each other and glass is a lot thicker. Uarujoey video is simple for a small tank mine is 10x that size.

use nylon straps. I wouldn't just do a reseal on it though, looks like you need a complete teardown.

I think so too. But how to keep tank from fall apart when removing silicone. Masking tape is to weak, scraps may damage the glass. So looking for the best way to keep the tank tight as possible to seal it
