I am picking up a 180 gallon tomorrow and will have to keep it in the unheated garage for a couple weeks. Should it be ok? I live in nebraska and the temps are down into the 30s at night.

Just put a blanket over it and it should be fine

Blanket over it, when your ready to put water in it. Let it sit in room temp before you do or else it would crack.

Yep. Silicone only starts to have problems after prolonged times of temperature fluctuations. So if its stable you're fine.
