tHAnks a ton zennz...IF i may ask....what the diff. between nitrite and nitrates?
Nitrite is a very poison component of the nitrogen cycle. It is what the benificial bacteria converts the Ammonia into.
That is why we need to look for them by testing. This tells us that the first part of the nitrogen cycle is complete...

NitrAte is the less poisonous component of the nitrogen cycle. It is the product of the Benificial Bacteria converting NitrIte...

You cannot have any NitrAte if you do not have first Ammonia, and NitrIte

So my tank still needs to cycle so it is able to convert nitrites into nitrates?
Zactly, and that is just for the bio-load you have now, so adding fish one at a time till the Benificial Bateria catches up is how to properly add fish...

Now,
If you can get all the fish out I can show you how to get the tank ready for ALL your fish at once...

REMOVE ALL fish and use 100 % PURE AMMONIA...the fastest way possible to get it ready for all your fish...
:iagree:100% Bulletproof Biofilter and seeing as how you have one started I cant imagine it taking more than two weeks or so...
