How do you figure your max tank load? Do you take one fish and figure its min tank size and claim it as maxed out with the one fish, or do you fit some smaller fish in there as well? Im not sure if I am making much sense right now but I hope you understand the question.

The stocking level of a tank greatly depends on the adult size of the fish, filtration capacity (as mentioned above), and your willingness to do tank maintenance. IMO less is often more
