When you get in to large, custom built tanks, a lot of people want acrylic. The only companies I can think of that do glass off hand are Charlie and the fish tank factory and glass cages.
For acrylic, I'd check out Midwest, or for a somewhat higher end manufacturer I'd look at Envision.
