tank mates for a pb

I have silver dollars and angels as dithers, although not the manlyist fish they eat all the leftovers that come out the cichlas gills and keep the tank clean.

I also have a couple of Lima shovelnose cats on the bottom for extra cleanup.

what should i be feeding it i have it on feeders now was told it was trained on pellets tried those for a couple of days and it didnt eat them.
 
im thinking of getting a tiger shovel nose anyone know where to get a tigrinus those look pretty not sure where to get ont ho i hav a store who selld tigers and a store who sells red tails

I don't know too much about tiger shovel nose but I think they might outgrow your pbass and possibly eat them

if i were you id add a couple more bass but short term ur gonna need a bigger tank before you worry about tank mates tiger shovels out grow bass and will eat them
manguenese will just kill the bass
severums ,silver dollars, tinfoil barbs,oscars are all good tank mates geos if you can get some of the larger growing like altifrons also look nice you have to keep in mind bass arent super aggressive fish they see food they eat it they arent bruisers like alot of the central american fish .
 
well the altifrons need sand substrate i have gravel would a jack dempsey work?
