More cardinals would be good but they also like a bit of cover. Tall plants work pretty good. I've been potting some of mine lately so I can just move them around when I want. Fake would work, I guess. There are a few fish that don't mind swimming around the top with no where to go, but not most. If they freak out they will go to the bottom to hide and that territory is already taken. You should have a group of 10-20 of them.

Your glass cats will also want some cover of plants or something to make them comfortable. It is why I asked to see the tank. Some smaller plants in the front and the glass cats will start to come out more. Some tall ones in the back. Use your rock and decor to set up some territories for the Rams.

Do you know the L# species name for your Pleco? These are the ones I found because I didn't know what a Clown plec was and they all seem to be wood eaters. So you'll need some driftwood.

Thanks guys, the tetra school sounds fun. Heres a picture, I'll have to explain some of it because I took it on the camera on my laptop.

Okay, the glass catfish sit in the bottom opening in the rocks. The clay pots and rock cave on the left are to try to get them to spawn. All the plants are real and I'm growing some out in front of the cave type thing on the left, then I'm going to re plant them in the back.

Small schooling fish like tetras. I would get more cardinal tetras. I keep mine with some cardinals, ottos, a flagfish, and threadfin rainbowfish (if you can find these they are awesome).

Wow those threadfins are cool fish, thanks for that. I'm going to pic up some more tetras, thinking about cardinal or diamond (haven't found diamond anywhere locally). I think I already know the answer to this question, but just incase one of you know the secret, is there a sure fire way to find a EBR female? I'm having a hard time finding a second female to pair with my other male.
