The EBJD would be the odd man out. The JD pair will bully it if they spawn. A Tex would only work in that set up for a short time. Eventually it will grow larger and more aggressive than the others. I think you should keep the Cons and some dithers or get a GT as suggested before. You may be able to keep a single male Con, a GT and a few dithers. If you would like a cichlid community, you will need to get a larger tank.
I would say at least a 75. Some may even say a bit larger. I think a 75 would be large enogh for a single Tex. But you would have to be careful trying to add any other cichlids. Texas cichlids can be real nasty and not tolerate tank mates. But there are always exceptions.
