Looks like a Satanoperca. Hard to tell at this size, but more than likely a Jurupari.

just wanted to follow up with everyone, my tanks doing great! everyone is getting along. the parrot has fun chastising the rainbows from time to time, the geo hangs out in the school and the ram is one spunky little dish for his small size, kinda a Nepolian complex. im very happy with my new additions and qould like to thank everyone for their input.
