Nice looking tank. I didnt see if you had boiled your dw. Im sure you are aware that if you do boil it it will drastically reduce the tannins.

thank you very much i am aware of that and i did it and let it sit changing the water daily for almost a month and it still looks like that! i was pretty upset but its ok! it should go away before long

yep give your bloch some time! he'll get big. and yea i love my 2 o's i need to get soem slate for them

i cant wait till he gets big! but anyways you can see i have tons of slate in the pics! im just waitin for my o's to get mature

yea mine are and they put eggs on pots (when i had pots) hopefully they will use the sand and build mounds. that would be so cool to watch!

mine have never built mounds but it is so cool to see them move the tank around! its like they are decorating how they want it but honestly i dont even know if mine are male and female but they have been doing some lip locking and some mating tendencies so im hoping
