Tank placement on dresser

depends on the dresser. i have a 10g that bows the top of my cheap ass walmart dresser, and i have a 100g on an old school dresser that i also use as a tool cabinet. talk about some serious weight on that one no probs at all.

I have a 55 on a dresser and a 35 on a coffee table.
So far so good, but they are older pieces of furniture made of real wood.
