tank price

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Big tanks are hard to dump? Seriously? Don't tell my wife that. I told her " don't worry baby, if we ever have to get rid of it, I'll get most of what we paid for it back"

if it's in good shape &you want it ,,your call... if it was me ,I MIGHT GO $500-$750 depending on all the pertinent factors

+1 in Iowa. It is all about what is available in your area. I gave $750 for 7x2x2 glass tank, stand, tops, lights, in great shape. Also gave $250 for 6x2x2 acrylic tank with stand, canopy, lights, not so great of shape. Both were good deals here. I am selling running 48x24x29 glass tank, stand, canopy, lights, tops, sump, heater, return pumps, etc for $500, also a good deal.

Average condition glass (does not need re seal or glass fixed, but has minor scratches and isn't filled) for just the tank, I would say $500 would be a excellent. I'd certainly want it at that price. In good shape (no scratches, can see it filled with no leaks), $750 would be insane. Acrylic of course would be more and depend on scratches. Maybe I'm impatient, but I would grab it, so I assume at least one more person would, too.

What you'd add for the stand depends on condition and whether you need it or not. You can build a stand for cheap.

Thanks for the input guys and I think imma get for a steal
she wanted 200$ but then the husband got involved and raised the price though
