Doing that now do you think it’s a fungal infection

It's possibly a gram negative bacterial infection (fungus) that occurred due to the tank issues while you were gone. It could also be velvet (someone with velvet experience would need to confirm).

Last night the severum jumped out of the tank while moving and he couldn’t move this is him in the morning still not being able to move what should I do image.jpg
 
If he is alive, I would do nothing and observe. It can only go one of two ways. Are you sure is alive? Cichlids are tough though...
Sorry this happened, every so often each one of us loses a price fish like that.
 
Unless you have methylene blue, not much else. I wouldn't go out of my way to order it at this point.
 
I do have it should I put it in a bucket with methylene blue

Should be in a tub with methylene blue (at least 15 gallons). Change the water using old tank water every day. The tub would also need a heater and airstone or some kind of pump to agitate the water line.
