Tank seems to be cyclying again???

should I be using more prime than normal then for each water change? I was always under the impression an extra capful of prime when doing water changes can never hurt.

What about the lighting? I have left it off pretty much other than for water changes just so I can see what I am doing, but does the added atinic lighting have any role in this?

Read the prime directions, they say how much ammonia they detoxify. I missed earlier but you said your nitrate is almost 0 that means that the beneficial bacteria in your tank isn't processing ammonia. which means you will have to recycle again.

Any artificial ways to boost the nitrate levels to help the tank along a little faster? I have been limiting food and light exposure to minimal levels while this blows over. But anything I can do in the mean time? Or is it simply time?
