tank set up leads to cloudy tank?

hey was your tank already set up and cycliing for a while before you added the rocks or was it totaly new start?

It's been three weeks. Is it still as cloudy as the day of your first post?

the first post was nothing. it turned really green so i did a 100% change and switched in an established filter from my other tank. my other threat sorta turned into the same topic as this one. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=115047
my tank is clear now but im still waiting to see if it stays that way.
