Lol your right homer a fahaka won't do any good in a 30 lol I meant to say I have a fahaka in a tank already but I have this 30 gallon I think I'm going for those red eyes woah and check this out is it true the carinotetraodon salivator is also called a vietnamese red eye puffer???
Because my lfs has some in stock ??????

Honestly each fish has so many common names its hard to say... Its possible? But without pictures or a scientific name its all guess work...

And yeah, i know you dont have your fahaka in a 30G ;)

man the red eye, bulls eye,theres a ton of names but there mean as hell and the congo you'll never see him hes always buried mine was anyway but they are cool

I have a salivator in a 30g. Awesome puffer. Very mysterious, yet absolutely vicious. He plays everything out very cautiously, even meeting new faces outside his tank. Once he sizes you up though be prepared. He charges the glass to nip at your face and finger repeatedly until you don't want no more of his badass-ness. Good thing there's a glass shield there LOL. However during tank cleanings he pretty much goes to his log and minds his own business. Awesome puffer.
