i'm confuse about mono's.....are there multiple types of mono's....i like the one that are like greenish...pix above.........want to know where they are from.....thanks.....

Awsome man!

How do you like the river rock substrate? Any problem with crap getting stuck? Where did you get it? I bought similar rock from Home Depot for my yard and was wondering if it is the same. I may do the same substrate in my next tank.

I got the substrate from a couple places locally. The smaller stones are called "native" and I assume it is something they gather here from Texas. I got the larger river stones from a seperate landscaping store. It is a little more challenging to vac the gravel but not too much. The native rock was cheap as hell too, think I gave 5 dollars per 50lbs.
 
I give u props venom....very nice tank, fishes and setup with wood/rocks! I wanted to do the same style....nice smooth rocks for the acrylic tank and XL wood :O
