tank size for arapaima?

While we are still on it, how about 600cm L x 350cm W x 150cm H (20'x 12' x 5') , would that be sufficient for arapaima? i just measured the space on my backyrd, thats the biggest dimension i can make there

Double it to 40' x 24' x 10' and you might be okay.

I saw three huge arapaima at the aquarium in Chattanooga, they were beyond giant or monster fish. I wouldn't even take a guess at the size of the vast aquarium they were in but I still felt a little sad to see them in there, although their conditions looked exemplary. They were magnificent but best left in the Amazon really.
