Assuming that all of these fish are full grown, adults... what would be the suggested tank size where the "MIGHT" be able to co-exist?

2 - Oscars
1 - JD
1 - Texas
1 - Midas (this guy is the meanest fish I've ever seen and owned.)
2 - Flowerhorns

I'm exploring my options, I don't know if I want to modify my set up and keep separate tanks or if I just want to somehow acquire a huge MONSTER tank where I can just thrown them all in.

I would say 240 minimum, just cause you have some fish that like territory. Personally I would go bigger if possible(340-500 range) and add to the list some.

+1
240 might even be a push with the Midas. I have a similar setup but instead of a Midas I have a Trimac and they aren't yet adults and I struggle to keep them from tearing eachother up.

Yeah, at the moment I'm pretty sure my Midas will claim a 125 all to himself. My Flowerhorns are pretty tough as well. What would the common 8 foot tank dimensions look like? Is it something like 8x4x2?

You could get away with 220 just make sure you have more than enough hiding spots in the tank. Fish such as that JD can be quite territorial.

300 gallon
