Personally I would not go with three oscars in the same tank with other fish but it is up to you

Had 2 in a 150g, 1 showed dominance over the other. The shy one hid and never grew. Now I only have one who is turning out to be a big sloppy champ. So my thought is 150g for 1, 300g for many
