Tank size ?

yeah I hope so too.. why would you keep a black aro in a 20g? Is it under 6'' like Austin stated? if you kept it in that 20g for more than 8 months, better go repent for animal cruelty.

My BARE minimum requirements for any arowana is 2x its max size for Length, 1x its size in width for it to comfortably turn. Height is preference but most people prefer 24".

So for silvers id say minimum 6' x 3' x 2', but I would also recommend 8' x 3' x 2'

I don't think thats enough. My 5x2x2' 150g looked too small for my black aro as it got close to 2', and it got more skittish as it grew, which I blame on the small tank. I think 3 times length for swimming would be the least you'd want to keep the fish happy.

Tank builders. Most companies will build tanks to spec. Some posters make thier own, they got skill man.
